My Little Skier "E"

On Friday, January 16, Chuck and Ian went skiing again together. Ian got some new skis of his very own so they went to break them in. Ian is still loving it! After going on the bunny hills a few times, Ian decided he was ready for the big hill. And that is exactly what they did. Chuck said that Ian wasn't scared or timid at all of the big hill and went down like a pro. In fact, he wanted Chuck to move out of the way so that he could hit a jump...! Thankfully Chuck talked him out of that...for now, of course ;) Maybe this is just the thing to help our little guy have a bit more self esteem. If you know us, then you know he has been struggling with that. You can tell how much he loves it by the smiles in the pictures above. Chuck and I are so excited for him and so proud. What an awesome kid!

First time on the Slopes

Yesterday, Chuck took Ian skiing for the first time last night. Ian did AMAZING! He is a natural and was very proud of himself, and so are Chuck and I of course! He did have a couple falls because he got a little overconfident, but he loves it. Ian invited me to go with them next Friday. I am still thinking about it... :P
